"Labirynt Duszy" is what "Worek's Grotto" turned into, with 2021 being a major year in development for the project. This started with a (now private) demo which was already an hour long, and an additional two hours already finished, and around 30 minutes still in development, an additional 3 hours of gameplay still planned at the time. The game was massive, and admittedly impressive, in spite of my distaste for the project now. Most of the early development this year was spent into trying to move away from the jokey absurdism that I started with, spinning it into sort of a quasi-dadaist game with a lot of references to some of my favourite artworks. There was a ton of footage publicly released with a degree of interest, especially from RPGmaker devs due to the fact that it used an almost PS1 style, in 3D, all accomplished with a few tweaks to existing plugins. This likely would've been the trajectory of my life for the next few years, but I was saved from such a fate when the archives of the project were all non-operational and way out of date, which caused me to work on something I actually wanted to work on, something with substance. Therefore, the project has been tucked into the archives, seemingly permanently.
