"My Friend, it is All Over" was what my previous efforts in learning RPGmaker turned into, funded by a stipend I recieved from a course I was taking where I could learn game development. The main concept was a nonviolent RPG about dealing with mental health, a concept I thought of while going to therapy to combat my mutism. It had around 30 minutes of gameplay and was showcased at a local career expo. The reaction was so negative that the project was scrapped. Most people attributed the negative views on the game being due to the "weird artstyle" and "creepy faces" which was enough to get me to seriously think about abandoning the arts altogether. A colleague of mine would later convince me not to, and we would work on a joint project later in the year. To look at an image in greater detail, right click it and open it in a new tab.
